DOCUMENT SHARING RULES IN XSDB SERVICE
Legal Notice: This document is drawn up in Russian, which is the only version having legal force. The English translation is provided solely for convenience of reference. In the event of any discrepancy between the translation and the original, the Russian text shall prevail. Disputes arising in connection with the interpretation of this document shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  1. Shared access to documents and other User Content is provided only to registered Users of the Service.
  2. Shared access is granted at the initiative of the User who is the author of the document or who possesses the corresponding access rights.
  3. The User granting shared access to a document independently determines the scope of persons to whom access is provided and bears responsibility for the legality of such granting.
  4. A User may not grant access to a document if such document contains personal data of third parties, trade secrets, confidential information, or other information protected by law, in the absence of proper legal grounds.
  5. The User who has received access to a document is obliged to:
  • use the document only within the scope of the rights granted;
  • not transfer access to third parties;
  • not copy, distribute, or disclose the information contained in the document in violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the rights of third parties, and the Service's documents.
  1. The author of the document may at any time modify, restrict, or terminate shared access to the document, unless otherwise provided by the Service's functionality.
  2. Within the scope of the shared access functionality, other Users may be shown information about the author of the document, including name, nickname, username, and profile image, and the author of the document may be shown information about the Users to whom access has been granted.
  3. The Administration may restrict or terminate shared access to a document in the event of a violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, or if there is a threat to the security of the Service.
  4. The Administration is not liable for the actions of Users who have received access to the document in accordance with the settings established by the author of the document or another authorized User, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
