By this consent, I, being a legally competent person and a subject of personal data, freely, of my own volition and in my own interest, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", hereby grant Danilov Anton Alekseevich, INN 253205380476, address: Russian Federation, Saint Petersburg, intracity municipality of Saint Petersburg, municipal okrug Porokhovye, Lagody Street, building 7, structure 1, apartment 307, email address: support@xsdb.cloud (hereinafter — the "Operator"), consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
This consent is provided in connection with my use of the XSDB Service, located at https://xsdb.cloud, as well as on its subdomains and language versions (hereinafter — the "Service").
This consent is provided for the processing of the following personal data:
email address;
data received from the authorization service, if I use sign-in via an external service, including:
when authorizing via Yandex — email address, login, first name, last name, gender, profile image;
when authorizing via Telegram — name, username, profile photo, account identifier;
name, nickname or other identifier, if such information is provided by me when submitting a request or is used to identify my request;
text of queries submitted by me when using artificial intelligence features, if such features are available in the Service;
User Content or a part thereof, including records in tables, scenarios, dashboards, files and other information that I independently submit for processing using the corresponding feature of the Service;
files attached to support requests;
account data, name, nickname, username, profile image and other identifiers used for providing and displaying Shared Access to documents;
information on the granting, modification, restriction and termination of access to documents;
information about users who have been granted access to a document;
technical data necessary for ensuring the operation of the Service, security, authorization, execution of my requests and diagnostics of failures, including IP address, information about the browser, device, operating system, date and time of access to the Service, information about critical errors and technically necessary cookies.
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
registration in the Service, creation of an account, authorization and identification;
provision of the Service's functionality for creating, storing, modifying, deleting, restoring and otherwise processing User Content, including records in tables, scenarios, dashboards, files and other data;
processing of requests, customer and technical support, including processing of files attached to requests;
ensuring security, stability and correct operation of the Service, diagnostics and elimination of errors;
execution of my requests when using artificial intelligence features, if such features are available in the Service;
provision of Shared Access functionality for documents and other User Content, access rights management and display of information about users participating in collaborative work.
The Operator may perform the following actions with personal data:
collection;
recording;
systematization;
accumulation;
storage;
clarification (updating, modification);
retrieval;
use;
transfer (provision, access) in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Operator's documents;
blocking;
deletion;
destruction.
Methods of processing personal data:
automated processing;
processing with transmission via the Internet.
I have been informed that for the purpose of the Service's operation, the Operator may engage persons providing the Service's infrastructure, including persons providing infrastructure, cloud, technology and other services necessary for the operation of the Service.
I have been informed that when I use artificial intelligence features, the Operator may transmit to Yandex Cloud services the data that I independently submit for the execution of the corresponding request, to the extent necessary for its fulfillment.
I have been informed that when using the Shared Access functionality, certain information of my account, including name, nickname, username, profile image and other data provided by the Service's functionality, may be accessible to other registered users of the Service to the extent determined by the Shared Access settings and the Service's functionality.
This consent is valid from the moment of its provision until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the subject of personal data, unless otherwise follows from the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the necessity of fulfilling the Operator's obligations or the protection of its rights and legitimate interests.
I have been informed that this consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to the Operator at the email address: support@xsdb.cloud, or by other means specified in the Privacy Policy of the Service.
